Ask me anything you want to know about it.

Is the steering as unnervingly direct as people who have driven it said?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 09:35 |

I haven't driven it yet but I will tell you when I find out.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 09:51 |

Did it catch on fire at any time?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 09:53 |

Does it catch fire sometimes?

Are you doing a super car driving experience or just know really cool owner?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 10:12 |

It is very. very direct, almost to a fault.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 10:17 |

It's the super car experience in Disney World, I've been there before.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 10:21 |

You actually get to push the car?

Driving experience in Disney. I'm expecting it to be amazing.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 10:38 |

No, I just get to put out the flames.

id like to know your feelings of superior self worth before, during your time with the car, and how long any inflation of that ego lasts after the drive. :)

No, they have a special device that is attached to the engine that hampers the engine. They usually use it on the back straight that starts with a banked curve. They also use it after you finish the lap, near where all of the cars start. I don't know 100% how they use it, as I was only a passenger in the Gallardo Supperleggera, but that's what I can remember from what my dad told me when he drove the 458.

Interesting. Probably some sort of radio transmitter wired into the ECU to neuter the car in the fast bits. Interesting.

I haven't driven it yet but I already feel great.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 10:55 |

Is there anyway to avoid being consumed with hatred and jealousy for you over this?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 11:27 |

Disney?

A guy I work with at the track said they might give you more liberties or less redundant instruction if they can be convinced you know what you're doing. But that guy did have a ton of track experience...anyway try that.

Just watched the Top Gear Special with this 458 a SLS and a GT3RS. Most crowded steering wheel ....in the world.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:21 |

Luckily, you don't need to use any of those to go fast.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:24 |

It is ridiculously precise. It just goes wherever you point it and goes there fast.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:26 |

I FEEL LIKE I CAN TAKE OVER THE WORLD.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:27 |

Yep. Nice little track.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:30 |

I would have, but I had never driven on a track before.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:41 |

It actually broke down briefly before I drove it, but no fire.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 12:50 |
|
Probably not. But I'm braced and ready.

It broke down briefly before I drove it...

Haha, Awesome.
How was the ride quality?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 13:12 |
|
Smoother than I expected. But I was on a track and not real roads, though.
![]() 11/29/2014 at 13:13 |
|
Ah, doesn't sound bad!
![]() 11/29/2014 at 21:45 |
|
Okay, I have to ask, how much was it? and how long did you get to drive it?
![]() 11/29/2014 at 21:52 |
|
I NEED TO DRIVE IT
![]() 11/29/2014 at 22:08 |

*shivers intensely*
![]() 11/29/2014 at 22:47 |

haha an appropriate reaction
![]() 11/29/2014 at 23:09 |

I got to drive 6 laps around a mile circuit. As for cost, not sure since this was a gift, but I think around $300 for my time on track.

12 hour update: EGO STILL PRESENT. STILL FEEL SUPERIOR TO YOU PEASANTS.

It was either that or:

Man. so if we can get people in to these cars BEFORE they begin their career, they can achieve so much more and be so much more productive than a regular peon without a drive in a Ferrari. Awesome results.
